A fenced walking route started from the second floor of the pumping house to the end of the plant area and around the basins.
The aeration once full of water were empty, but there were new items brought to them through drivable holes cut to the basin walls.
Aeration basins, internally split to sections.
In an environment like this you better watch every step to stay out of coffin. Many of the structures meant for walking have been cut or ripped partially or fully removed, or then time has made them dangerous.
There was so much water on bottom of this basin too, that some pump must have fed it there. During hot summer days any typical amounts of rain water would have evaporated.
Through these gaps even cars can get into the basins today.
The concrete hid different water canals. Some of them could be walked into. There was a cool echo inside.
A water fillt duct at the outskirts of the complex.
There were round biomass basins also ot the Northern side. They had been slightly more stripped.
Two years later this corner was just as earlier.
Looking toward the pumphouse.
Those who visited before us had worked on a way to get down to the basin and even get back up, so we just took advantage of their achievements. The strategically placed pile of junk in the background provided climbing help.
Many cans had been emptied, but there was no unbelievable amount of graffiti around. Either it had faded off the surface or they had only tagged the same place, the center cylinder.
Coverings of the sludge drain cylinder were missing so it didn't even look like a cylinder.
Zooming to the mushroom centre bottom.
The other basin had a more complete cylinder in it.
Graffiti on basin bottom.
Violator walking on the edge of the basin that we didn't go into.
Just chilling!
A helluva mess of spray cans, water and car parts in a basement room next to the basins and main duct.
