power station behind bushes

Velsa Oy (1936-) and Kurikan Puunjalostustehdas ja Ruumisarkkuliike Oy (1914-??) are two manufacturers from Kurikka. Their products have been sleighs, snowmobiles, furniture, coffins, doors, windows etc. made of wood and steel. The first mentioned is nowadays part of a bigger corporation, subcontracting machine cabs for different uses. The latter one has declared bankcruptcy and is now only a marking in history.

So what's the connection to these sawmill ruins then? We don't know exactly how, but these both firms have had something to do with this sawmill, which is now ruining in the bushes in the middle of a small village. It must have been defunct for decades, and like so often, the sawmill itself has already vanished. Other buildings are remaining, and they contain one special rarity, so the place is absolutely worth a check.
