Back To Brick Factory Of Urjala
2. Machine installations
colourline

There are lots of heavy and interesting machines and automatic line installations
in the production hall, so we decided to film them more closely in 1999.

A bad start, due to cold weather some once breath air decided to condense and spoil the picture.
Absolutely no idea what this machine has done, but it's impressive.
Same monster different view.
Another question mark. Too bad we didn't spot the information plate while being there, it could've given some hints.
Taking pictures in darkness is complicated and doesn't always work out, this is trying to shoot the power transmissions of the machine from the above picture, and some old school fire protection equipment.
Belt type brick conveyor line. From this point the bricks were taken to dry out either to the tunnel wing, or to upstairs with the elevator; not sure.
In right side is the conveyor from picture above, in the center the brick elevator, and left - brick loader machine's "frame".
The green brick loader machine shown on page 1 has picked/brought bricks from/to this frame via the rails.
This room is under the hall's floor, it's entered through a trapdoor at the end of the original mill building. A very small, dusty and uncomfortable room for maintenance, but still someone's been boozing here. Or was the bottle left from workers??
Same place.
This machine is in the beginning of the production chain. I'd say this is molding machine that's given the bricks their shape. The belt doesn't really lead anywhere, so it's been a waste channel.
The same system seen from the production hall. This is some kind of sorter. The right side line leads to a botch pile, left line leads to a mystical machine shown earlier.
Brick elevator and X-Y directional loader machine in the first floor, the chillout level. The machine's loaded with new bricks!
