This view was captured from the island of Halla. It's a neighbor island, and you can walk there and back on the former railway.

When coming to Sunila, you need to pass guarded gates. There's no traffic control though and it's at least a semi-public road. The road goes around the mill, North to South.

There is modern pulp production technology installed, but the main buildings are still the original ones from late 1930's.

Here's the Glauber's salt stock a bit before demolition. You can see it was directly next to the operating mill, which was why they wanted to get rid of it.

South-eastern corner of the cape is reserved for marine activities of the Sunila mill's labour. Dockyard, boat sheds etc.
