SOT celebrated 40th anniversary in 1959 and released a small chronicle book with lots of photos. From todays' perspective they look nostalgic, but it was state-of-the-art then.
The slaughterhouse only a few years after construction works finished. It was expanded remarkably to the right later.

And before long, the carcasses were hanging in the grading room.

And now the sausage is smoking in the (then-not-so-black) smoking room.
The cooling apparatus and other stuff on the machine room look the same than they did 50 nearly years later.
Also other meat industry was located in the building. This is a hen plucking line!
