A small road leads to the yard and continues to some houses. It's not the most unique building.
Looks like the building's not used for sawing anymore. It was probably never in 24/7 use though.
Impressive switchbox frames outside the mill.
There's even more. They're probably not from the mill. The labels and notes of the switches speak of chlorine and other chemicals, pumps and so on, which shouldn't be needed in a place like this.
Waste sawdust canal.
Knowing we're in the part of Finland where people only drive Volvos and Saabs, eat fish and support the Swedish national hockey team it's no wonder they've chosen to use Bruk's sawing machines from our neighbor country.
It's really not a sawmill anymore, the basement is fillt with okay looking chairs.
We entered through this dusty corner.
Relic from the past that needs no explanations.
Not so big switching center.
Upstairs has two circular saw machines. The usual equipment in small timber facilities.
Sawing line.
The blades are rusting..
The backyard is fillt with junk. But there's also a terrible smell that must come from some chemicals maybe stored here.
