| 4. Ruins of The Castle of Haapaniemi, Kisko |

Kisko has lots of interesting sights, but not all of them just 'exploration' sites. Here we have ruins of a castle from the 16th century that are now taken care of by the National board of Antiquities. The castle was about 13x18 meters wide and belonged to the Haapaniemi manor house totality.
Oh yeah, this place holds our record of the oldest exploration place! :)

The ruins are located close to the middle of nowhere and it's a stormy winter afternoon, so there's really no disturbing amount of traffic in nearby. Here you can enter the cellar. |

Above the cellar, there are remains of the first living floor. You can still see how the space was divided to rooms. |

There are also other houses empty around the ruins. This house looks old too, but not quite as old as the castle. |
